My reflection on the presentation about gen Z

Hello, everyone! We as a group watched a very informative presentation about generation Z. Researchers and popular media use the mid-to-late 1990s as starting birth years and the early 2010s as ending birth years.
I am going to analyze some pieces of the information I learnt as a member of generation Z.

Well, it is important to mention the issues that my generation faces. We are quite depressive and often may feel anxious. It happens with us sometimes because of the Net, the games we play and the videos we can watch all day long are very entertaining, however, after them the real life does not seem that interactive to us. That is natural.

Another point is that being quite multi-tasking, members of my generation, and me, as well, tend to struggle focusing attention on doing one particular task thoroughly. We can do several things at a time but only if these things do not require any deep thinking.

Still, we are on great terms with technology, which allows us finding all the necessary info in one click. That brings to the problem of remembering a lot of information, our generation simply knows where to find it, why learn it? Well, there are lots of arguments on this topic. I think that even if we can find anything on the Net, we still should learn a lot of materials, for example, for our future profession. Still, it is just what we have to do.

In general, we all are not much different — but the time when we get to see the world is. That is when the differences appear. When we, gen Z, were born, the mass media already existed, and I guess that it is the most important factor, because we as children could not understand what impact it can have on us.
